Russia was great. I saw a dog. I got to Russia on a ship. It was called Holland America. I liked it a lot. I saw little islands when I got there. I went with my Aunt, Grandma, my two brothers, my mom and dad.

Big Bear is an awesome place to go to. I went to Big Bear when I was six. At Big Bear there was a park next door. I was playing at the park every day. Then we went home and had a wonderful time.

My summer vacation was great. I had a good time at Newport Beach. I went to Disneyland also I went on so many rides that I got dizzy. I brought my Wii. It was so fun riding by Sea Doo. I made lots of new friends.
Gabriel - My Enchanted Summer
Summer camp was enchanted. I made new friends. I went on a field trip every other day. I had lunch outside. I played with Legos.

My summer was complicated. I went to a camp that was fun, but when I was at home it was fun too. Uh-oh. I don't know about you but I had the greatest summer yet! I went to Palm Desert - BEST TIME EVER! I went on LOTS of field trips. P.S. I did a lot of swimming.
Kathryn - Fireworks
Ohio was fun. I did fireworks. I saw a lawn chair catch on fire and a bush too. My grandma told me we might go to jail. On the last day I left and then I went back to California. In two weeks school was back.

Maryland was great. We went to my cousins' graduation. We stayed for one week. Then we had lots of fun. When we went back home.

I went to the beach and played in the sand. We all went to Chicago and played with my cousins. I had a lot of fun with my cousin Teddy.

When I went to Florida I stayed there for three days. When I went to Florida I had so much fun. When I went to Catalina we had a lot of fun there too. In Florida we had a lot of fun.

My summer vacation was awesome. We went to Catalina Island. We went to the beach also. We also rented a house. My family went on a glass bottom boat. My dad and I went fishing.
Jessica - Summer Friend
I went to camp and saw a campfire. I ate marshmallows and I went to sleep in my cabin. The camp was a place and I played with my friends. I went home on Wednesday. My friends from camp are very nice! I missed my parents so much while I was at camp.

Summer school was sort of fun. But there was a part of summer school that was fun! And that was Cheer Camp! I also took jump rope, writer's workshop, and music. The classes were in rooms 21, 18, and 9.

Korea is filled with fun things. We don't even have to put on our seat belts. It was so fun. There was a TV show that I don't understand. I went to Korean school. I went to a swimming place and I touched the bottom of the deep end.

Montana was stupendous!! Spike the dog chased the horses. We had a great time. The cows mooed in the morning and woke us up. The best part was my Mom started to read Harry Potter book 7.

Ohio was awesome. I went to an amusement park. I got a t-shirt. We went for five days. We stayed in two hotels.

Morro Bay was a great place. I went to other places like Monterey Bay, Big Sur, and the beach. At Monterey Bay I went to the aquarium and ate lunch there. At Big Ssur I climbed a big rock at the beach and got rocks. I went back to Morro Bay and then went to Morro Rock. I went home.
Baz
Texas was hot. My mom saw her dad. We went on a boat. We went swimming then we went for a ride and I got to drive. My mom's dad went really fast then a wave came into the boat. My mom's cell phone didn't work. We went to an outside mall. I went to a toy store and I got a leopard Webkins.
Shalini - The Adventure
India had many adventures for me. My best adventure was when I visited a rice field. The grass was so soft. We saw these huge black and white cows. Then we saw a really cute baby, but I forgot her name. Then we saw a river, so we took a towel and tried to catch fish. But when the fish came I dropped the towel so we didn't catch any fish.
